Skitkids were started in 2001 by Viggo (bass), Jonas (guitar), Love (screams) and Simon (drums). The idea was to have an unpretentious band for fun. They recorded the Skitfucked by the State demo which later was released on a 12”. They played K-town fest and made a smaller euro tour with Kontrovers in 2002 and after that Simon left the band and was replaced by Stefan. In 2003 they recorded the Onna for Pleasure 12” and the split 7” with Exhale from Japan. As not everyone lived in the same city, not so much happened for a while. In 2004 they tried to do a euro-tour which ended up in disaster. Viggo, who had some problems with his ears before, now had fullblown tinnitus and could not even go to a gig anymore. He was replaced by Peter. In 2005 they recorded the Välkommna till Paradiset 7” and headed west to do a USA tour, about 25 gigs long. In 2007 they released a split 7” with Nightmare from Japan as well as Besoket vid Krubban.Myspace site
